Dr. Krishna Pawekar, Psychiatrist, Regional mental hospital Ratnagiri
and Dr. Rao Ranne, Kudal and Dr.Praveen Massorker
from savantavady render their timely service to the
institution.
Fifteen staff members are directly involved in the daily functioning
of the school. There are five part time staff members
for giving guidance (Psychologists, psychiatrists,
physiotherapist, physician etc,). Teachers are trained
in recognized universities and National institutes.
They hold certificates and diplomas in special education
and vocational training. To motivate and up-to-date
them with new dimensions of effective training and
skill formation, teachers are given opportunities
for attending seminars in dramatics, health care,
time management and vocational training. The service
of resource persons are also sought to give guidelines
for the care of the children.
